Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management Discipline
  • 10 years' experience with at least 3 in supervision and 3 years in the management of projects
  • PMP Certification, within 18 months of starting position
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of large capital projects, ensuring accountability for schedule quality and cost minimization.
  • Own the applicable portion of the Growth Strategic Plan and be responsible for its execution in all facets of the Project Lifecycle.
  • Gain Executive Approval for Site Capital Investments, including Growth Project Authorization Processes.
  • Provide accurate estimates during all phases of the project lifecycle, including robust change control management throughout project design and execution.
  • Retain and develop project managers supporting line management, evaluating assigned staff and recommending related training and/or Human Resources actions.
  • Solicit feedback on performance of personnel and meet with regulatory groups to gain approval and respond to inquiries.
  • Support improvement initiatives.
