About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Operations Manager to add to our end-to-end Operations team. The person in this role will leverage data, tools, and process to optimize and steward foundational workstreams across E2E Media Operations and Business Operations. A successful Client Operations Manager will drive critical projects forward while motivating clients and internal stakeholders. They excel at problem solving, are comfortable in the unknown, and are excellent communicators.

Requirements

  • Experience in Operations, Media Buying, Creative and/or Project Management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a media environment
  • Experience managing creative assets, preferred
  • Proactive, resourceful, and organized team player
  • Experience in Project Management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and Buying tools (MBOX, Prisma), preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and facilitate communication regarding creative campaign assets across Agency, Clients, and Vendors
  • Partner with Digital and Video investment, Trafficking, and Operations teams to manage video creative asset trackers and media specs from start to finish
  • Ensure timely and accurate trafficking of Video and Digital assets through adherence to cross-agency quality control processes
  • Support cross organizational Creative Meetings and maintain documentation across business segments
  • Leverage knowledge of Media Buying & Operations to identify and develop process enhancements to drive efficiencies across workstreams related to budget management, creative management, data cleanliness and tool maintenance
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, establish deadlines, and manage escalations to stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation of ongoing optimizations and develop training materials as needed
