Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager / Client Account Manager for our Jackson, MS office to provide quality planning, designing and technical overview to assist in delivering project, within budgetary and time constraints. The Project Manager / Client Account Manager leads the successful delivery of municipal, county, and state government projects from initiation through closeout. This role serves as the primary client contact while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and multidisciplinary teams.
