The Project Manager leads the successful delivery of mechanical and civil utility construction projects across the RCES portfolio, including water and wastewater infrastructure, buried pipeline systems, pumping and mechanical facility upgrades, district energy distribution, structural improvements, system hardening, and related civil/utility network support. This role is a key leader within the organization, responsible for coordinating, implementing, controlling, and completing assigned projects in accordance with utility standards, engineering requirements, safety regulations, and operational objectives. The Project Manager works collaboratively with Utility/Mechanical/Civil Engineers, Operations Managers, Construction Field Representatives, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with RCES and industry best practices. This position requires a strategic, results-driven leader who can balance technical, financial, regulatory, and organizational priorities while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization. This role reports to the Manager of Projects (Mechanical/Civil).
