You’ll lead meaningful projects, guide engineers, strengthen client relationships, and help elevate the standard of service we’re known for. What You’ll Work On You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of Colorado-based land development and civil infrastructure projects including: Private development and site design Municipal infrastructure improvements Recreational and educational facilities Grading and drainage design Utility layout and coordination Permitting and agency coordination Project sizes range from local site development to complex, multi-discipline infrastructure projects requiring close collaboration with architects, landscape architects, and municipal agencies. What You’ll Actually Do This is not a “paper PM” role. You will: Lead civil design efforts including grading, drainage, and utility design Oversee preparation of construction documents and specifications Coordinate with local agencies to secure approvals Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets Identify and solve design or constructability challenges early Serve as the primary client contact Mentor engineers and support professional growth Participate in proposals, contract negotiations, and client billing Maintain and expand client relationships You’ll have real influence over project direction, team development, and client experience. At R&R, you’ll have: Autonomy to manage projects and clients Opportunity to build and lead your own team Direct involvement with leadership on strategic growth Support in mentoring future PEs A clear pathway toward expanded leadership responsibilities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Colorado PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) 6–10 years of land development design experience Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines Strong working knowledge of Colorado permitting processes Proven ability to mentor and develop staff Software proficiency in Civil 3D and related civil design tools preferred. Requirements
