About The Position
Digital Building Components, LLC, part of the DPR family of companies, is seeking a Project Manager (Civil/Construction) to work in Phoenix, Arizona. The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. This role involves participating in the conceptual development of construction projects and overseeing their organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The Project Manager will manage overall project budgets and schedules to ensure delivery of fabrication projects in accordance with customer expectations, coordinate architectural design and structural engineering, and manage the internal model coordination process. The position also includes mentoring and developing project engineers, managing project financials, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
