The NERC CIP Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating compliance initiatives aligned with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards for medium impact assets. This role ensures the timely execution of projects, with full accountability for deadlines, stakeholder alignment, and audit readiness, adherence to regulatory requirements, and alignment with internal risk and compliance frameworks. A key focus of this position is the delivery and maintenance of all required CIP medium impact policies, plans, procedures, and training materials. The Project Manager will ensure that clients are fully equipped and trained to operate effectively within a CIP medium impact environment and ensure that evidence is being consistently generated to demonstrate ongoing proof of compliance with the appropriate CIP Standards.
