About The Position

One Medical is revolutionizing primary care, and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive operations excellence initiatives in our Central Operations Support team. Our mission is to transform healthcare through a seamless combination of technology and exceptional patient-centered care. In this role, you'll play a key part in this transformation. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare delivery, operations, and a bias for action. Your work will improve how healthcare is delivered, provider and support team member experience, and accomplish strategic business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with brilliant minds across One Medical, Amazon Health Services, and Amazon at-large. In this role, you’ll dive deep to identify improvement opportunities in a variety of business functions. You’ll be responsible for bringing together cross-functional teams to identify deliverables, timeline, resource needs, issues/risks and see the project through to completion. This role will be working closely with a range of stakeholders including clinical and operations, broader AHS teams, finance, legal, and product. We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with demonstrated ability to dive deep, identify key deliverables, earn trust with stakeholders and drive projects to completion, always insisting on the highest standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels and functions (e.g. Operations, Clinical, Product, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, others) to drive project execution directly impacting customer experience, team member experience, and achieve business performance objectives like quality, cost, and satisfaction.
  • Keep all stakeholders and leaders informed of progress including quickly escalating risks and issues.
  • Develop robust project plans with milestones, key dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders.
