Manages the activities of the expeditors and documentation specialist through coordination with sales team members. Collaborates closely with the Inside Sales Account Manager to oversee critical key capital projects and ensure they meet customers' timelines. Responsibilities include kicking off projects, creating schedules, and tracking progress throughout the entire project as well as managing documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills to maintain project alignment. They will also coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of all project components.
