About The Position

The group uses consistent, standard tools and project life cycle processes for requirements analysis and documentation, test planning and execution, risk and issue management, project status reporting and communications. Our stakeholders include business sponsors, business unit subject matter experts, legal, compliance and technology partners across Nomura regions and businesses. International Change is a global consolidated change group and includes several hundred change professionals reporting to the International Change Head.
