The Project Manager at Ryan Residential Contractors is responsible for overseeing the construction of residential Build-for-Rent projects in the Greater Phoenix Area. This role involves managing all operational aspects of the projects, including recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and subcontractors, while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards. The Project Manager will also facilitate communication among various stakeholders and lead project coordination from preconstruction through to owner turnover.
