New Wire Marine seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in boating, electrical systems, and direct sales to join our team. In this role, you will manage the customer journey from the first conversation about a new project through installation and beyond. About Us: New Wire Marine crafts high-quality boat dash and switch panels for individuals, service shops, and OEMs worldwide. Our products are meticulously designed, milled, etched, and assembled to order. Our mission is to foster lasting customer relationships with quick-to-market, innovative marine products!
Requirements
- Confident and proactive in closing sales and providing follow-up service . Actual experience with direct, person to person or phone sales is a plus !
- Strong knowledge of boats and marine electrical syst ems/components .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail .
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously .
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers about their boats, represent New Wire Marine, and develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process, identifying needs and upselling when possible. You must be comfortable closing sales.
- Provide precise quotes for projects and lead times.
- Actively participate in the project design and production process es , ensuring customers are informed and supported in every step.
- Maintain strong organization and follow-up abilities.
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of our products and services, staying current with product updates.
