About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead full-scope Base Operations Support (BASOPS) services at Rivanna Station, Virginia. The PM will serve as the single point of accountability for contract performance, ensuring all technical, administrative, and financial requirements are executed in accordance with contract terms and government expectations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing personnel, subcontractors, and multiple functional service areas in a dynamic federal environment. This supports a potential contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale federal contracts or programs
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and subcontractors
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with U.S. Army or Department of Defense (DoD) customers (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Base Operations Support (BASOPS) or similar facility/service contracts (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and installation stakeholders
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of BASOPS services, including facilities maintenance, logistics, grounds, utilities coordination, and related support functions
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, performance work statements (PWS), and applicable federal regulations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams across multiple service areas
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, staffing, and deliverables
  • Lead quality control and continuous improvement efforts to meet or exceed performance standards
  • Ensure proper risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Oversee financial performance, including labor utilization, cost control, and coordination with financial management systems (e.g., GFEBS)
  • Support contract transitions, inspections, audits, and government reviews
