About The Position

The Chief Operating Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager AVP to drive the execution of global cross-Markets projects within our People@Markets team. This pivotal role will support the Markets Talent & Engagement (T&E) Council, designing and executing the Markets program across Talent Development, Talent Attraction, and Employee Communication. The role requires strong collaborating across multiple Markets teams and with our HR and other functional partners. The successful candidate will enjoy a unique opportunity to drive implementation of global projects, engage with Markets seniors, and build knowledge of the Markets organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in project management, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively to senior audiences.
• A strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, with proven track record in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to work, with proactive attitude to identify, collaborate and implement initiatives.
• A passion for people development.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent & Engagement Council and partner with various teams across products and functions in Executing talent development, talent attraction and employee communication initiatives.
• Manage the planning, logistics, and delivery of employee engagement and networking events.
• Develop communications, presentations, and post-event reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support and optimize platforms and systems used to host events and connect Markets colleagues globally.
• Leverage A.I. tools available at Citi, and other resources and technical skills, to support initiatives.
