As a Project Manager, you will perform a crucial role in managing several projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, observing generally accepted engineering principles. Project areas of focus include: initiation, planning, execution, release and closing. You will manage partner communications, project requirements, work breakdown, development engineering, testing and release. Your work directly impacts the strategic goals of Lifecycle Services. Some domestic and international travel may be required to meet with team members and facilitate project progress. You will be working with large end customers primarily in the Pulp/Paper and Metal business and will report to the Project Manager, Team Lead while working in a hybrid format from our Mequon, Milwaukee, or Mayfield Heights location. For the right candidate, this position could be worked remotely from any location in the United States.

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, monitoring, documentation, control and reporting on all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and work with resource managers and other project managers to ensure staffing, project alignment and integration.
  • Own project priorities and delivery of project expectations, and identify any issues and mitigate risk among the project team.
  • Help develop business and marketing strategies, optimizing the performance of our products to achieve business goals.
  • Use project management techniques, tools and established standards to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • The ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management or project leadership role.
  • Experience with financial aspects of project management, percentage completion, revenue recognition, and project accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a stressful environment with many competing priorities where constructive feedback from others is encouraged and expected.
  • Experience in Pulp & Paper or Metals industries.
  • Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP.
