Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Resolve scheduling conflicts as required. Schedule and facilitate project meetings. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Maintain detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Coordinate changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost. Maintain project budget. Document and mitigate project issues and risks. Report and escalate to management as needed. Monitor all other aspects of the project to ensure project comes in on-time and within budget. Lead the ongoing review of business process improvements. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas of improvement. Perform requirement analysis, document, and communicate the results. Work with cross-functional teams and management.

Requirements

  • less than 2 years related experience
  • Associate degree (Project Management, Business)
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)
  • Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree along with 3-5 years project management experience.
  • Must have interest in pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
