Position Summary This position is hybrid, requiring working 2-3 days a week from any of the following locations: Jacksonville, FL; Hartford, CT; NYC, NY; Wellesley, MA; Blue Bell, PA The Automation and AI Enablement team will help establish and manage governance, prioritization, execution, measurement, and communication of automation and AI initiatives within the Service Operations PSS Center of Excellence. The Project Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining the AI initiative inventory and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting responsible AI governance processes, and enabling executive-level visibility into progress, impact, and risk. The individual will also assist with implementation of the AI literacy roadmap for the PSS COE.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience developing AI use cases
  • Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience preparing executive-facing materials.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects or programs
  • Experience with AI platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Microsoft CoPilot), and data visualization/reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases.
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges.
  • Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination.
  • Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support executive presentations and leadership updates.
  • Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments.
