About The Position

As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the Project Manager – Associate supports the delivery of business and technology initiatives by partnering closely with senior project and program leads. The role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and structured project management support across defined workstreams or smaller initiatives. This position is well‑suited for an individual who is building a strong foundation in project management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, and delivery discipline, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and learning‑oriented environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to ramp up quickly on new initiatives while contributing meaningfully to outcome delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and action registers, ensuring information is accurate, current, and actionable.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies.
  • Actively monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns early with supporting analysis and recommended actions.
  • Prepare project materials including status updates, working level presentations, and operational documentation. level presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Support change adoption activities by assisting with communications, readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Apply standard project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) with increasing independence.
  • Rapidly ramp up on new initiatives, synthesizing information into clear execution artifacts.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
