About The Position

Kforce's Local utilities company is hiring an Associate Project Manager to help facilitate EV charging equipment testing, hardware, and software fixes in Oakland, CA. Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager Proactively work with the MSDI Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise - this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of project coordinator experience 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding Being detailed oriented and demonstrating a track record of organizational skills Ability to communicate complex processes to others Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with construction projects Experience working with an investor-owned utility High level of organization Strong communication skills Ability to communicate complex processes to others

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of project coordinator experience
  • 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
  • Being detailed oriented and demonstrating a track record of organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex processes to others
