About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets.
  • Regularly visit jobsites and attend meetings.
  • Maintain communication with general contractors (GCs) and owners.
  • Track and communicate project schedules.
  • Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Provide Foreman with necessary plans and documentation.
  • Review contracts to understand the scope of work.
  • Track RFIs and notify of cost impacts.
  • Issue and document change orders.
  • Ensure start-up and closeout processes are completed effectively.
  • Review job cost reports and manage labor-material costs.
  • Attend meetings and provide job updates.
  • Train junior Project Managers and Foremen.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and owners.
  • Represent the company professionally and improve processes.
