  • Provide strategic project leadership and ensure alignment across multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed, complex, and regulated environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic technical project plans that align with organizational objectives and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee the execution of complex technology projects by managing project resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and incorporating best practices.
  • Proactively lead risk mitigation efforts by resolving issues through structured problem-solving, collaboration, and appropriate escalation.
  • Clearly communicate project status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders, tailoring messaging to suit different audiences.
  • Design, develop, and manage milestone plans in a dynamic environment, adjusting to evolving project requirements.
  • Ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, while supporting organizational processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business and partner groups to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership to effectively deliver against project commitments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and influence others to work toward common goals, regardless of resource and time constraints.
  • Report on project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization; escalate critical concerns as needed.
  • Track project-related financials, including software, hardware, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure capital investments related to project delivery are managed efficiently and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Finance or related.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Exhibit strong influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of strong project management in a highly regulated environment, with the ability to quickly establish structure and manage work in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration by supporting team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the organization, as well as external partners, to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and manage technical details and dependencies of projects.
