We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager - Architecture to oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects in compliance with all regulatory requirements and client specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and working with cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, building systems, construction methods, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Architectural license is preferred.
  • Other credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED AP is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of architectural projects, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, minimizing costs, and staying within financial parameters.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants.
  • Oversee the selection and management of contractors and vendors.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
  • Monitor the quality of architectural work to ensure that it meets design specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

  • Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 depending on education level and experience.
