Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field AND 8+ year's experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management

Nice To Haves

Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients
Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking
Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
Good verbal, written communication skills
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivel
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
Familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology
Ability to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience
Experience with Data Center construction programs

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, for large-scale data center construction projects.
Manage cross-functional teams-engineering, procurement, and construction-to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables completed on schedule.
Monitor project risks and create contingency plans to mitigate potential issues and delays.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes align with expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success.
Continuously refine project management processes and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring each meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within scope.
Lead Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and client teams to align project execution.
Establish and monitor the project's critical path, analyzing and reporting progress throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure full compliance with Owner policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
