We’re now seeking a driven European Sales Manager to champion growth, strengthen partnerships, and elevate Baresque’s presence across the continent.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers and Client Support to ensure a unified, high-performing team.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and drive a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Oversee weekly WIP reporting and act as the main point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of quotes, jobs, and order allocation within company guidelines.
  • Oversee quoting, invoicing, payment requests, and processing for standard and custom projects.
  • Track customer orders from entry to delivery and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric processes that improve efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Support, Sales, Production, and other departments.
  • Support Sales with inquiries and quoting needs; assist in resolving product issues.
  • Provide feedback to management and Product Managers on process improvements and product changes.
  • Partner with People Operations to deliver structured onboarding and upskilling for the team and relevant departments.
  • Work with leadership to refine policies, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyse product- and process-related issues to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, organised, logical, and efficient manner.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel) with accurate typing ability.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Accountability for tasks and ensuring that timelines are met.
  • High level of customer service.
  • 3+ Years Management Expereince in relevant field
