The Project Manager Analytics Specialist IV (HRD Contracts and Procurement Coordinator) serves as the liaison between the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) and the Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD). The Coordinator is responsible for assisting HRD staff with navigating the City of Detroit procurement process, including navigating the city's procurement platform (i.e. Oracle), understanding state and federal procurement regulations and their applicability, and reporting updates and issues to Senior Leadership within HRD. The Coordinator is also responsible for developing and updating all procurement and Subrecipient policies and procedures, as well as ensuring department staff and partners are frequently trained on them. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments. The Coordinator reports to the HRD Chief Operations Officer in the Programmatic Operations and Performance Management Division.
