About The Position

The AMS Platform Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, user setup, custom workflows, and integrations. The role requires continuous assessment of system performance and user feedback to implement improvements, as well as providing training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success. The Project Manager will design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation, while establishing best practices for data quality, integrity, and security. Acting as an AMS Platform subject matter expert and trusted advisor, the Project Manager will recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize impact aligned with long-term business goals. The role involves partnering with key internal stakeholders, including other members of the Implementation team and the Product team, to advocate for product improvements and evaluate roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience ideally with Mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL.
  • Experience establishing third party integrations, specifically within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred.
  • Experience in the Association industry preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certification preferred but not required.
