About The Position

The Project Manager is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project’s organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client.

Requirements

• A four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization, implementation, and completion of construction projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, building owners, managers, consultants, and architects.
• Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, including preparation of reports and budget management.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with financial terms and principles.
• Utilize Procore modules for project and financial management.
• Use Microsoft Project to track project changes and implications.
