About The Position

You will work with an AI strategy and integration firm that partners deeply with organizations to transform workflows, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The company operates at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and adoption, ensuring AI delivers real, lasting impact for the B2B companies it serves. We are seeking a Project Manager to act as the central driver of delivery within a pod, working directly with the Director of AI Strategy and alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure all client projects are executed with precision, clarity, and accountability. You will own the end-to-end execution of client engagements — from planning and coordination to delivery and client communication — ensuring timelines are met, priorities are clear, and stakeholders remain aligned. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and proactively drives projects forward.

Requirements

• Must be located in Colombia (required).
• B2+ or C1 English level (required). Applications in Spanish will not be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or client-facing roles , preferably in consulting, agencies, or professional services.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to drive projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams (engineering, AI, product).
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing AI, data, or technical projects.
• Deep familiarity with ClickUp, including building complex workflows and project structures.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience preparing executive reports or working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution
• Lead the planning and execution of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Translate high-level client goals into structured project plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Ensure all work is properly scoped, prioritized, and actively progressing across sprints.
• Drive project coordination and team alignment
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (AI, engineering, product, and strategy) to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain full visibility into project status, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and accountable.
• Lead project cadence and delivery rhythm
• Run daily syncs, weekly planning sessions, and retrospectives with a focus on execution and outcomes.
• Ensure meetings are structured, productive, and result in clear action items and next steps.
• Track progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery goals.
• Manage project tools and workflows (ClickUp)
• Build and maintain project structures in ClickUp, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure all project data is accurate, up-to-date, and provides full visibility to internal teams and clients.
• Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
• Own client communication and delivery experience
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive, and structured communication.
• Lead client meetings, including agenda setting, progress updates, and follow-ups.
• Deliver weekly updates summarizing progress, priorities, risks, and next steps.
• Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports.
