About The Position

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Project Manager, Advanced Tech, with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience. This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Project Manager will be ultimately responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project within one of our core markets of Advanced Technology. This individual will work closely with all members of the project team as well as Project Executives and Regional Leadership teams.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems
• Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with running multiple complex and highly technical projects within our core markets, preferably the Advanced Tech market
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction

Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators)
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth
• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
• Cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect
• Challenge and support jobsite as well as self-perform work teams
• Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
