About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will make an impact by driving project execution, resource planning, and governance reporting across multiple initiatives. You will be a valued member of the delivery and operations team and work collaboratively with Program Managers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process consulting and working in iterative development environments such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Experienced with PI Planning, Release Train and key concepts of SAFe Agile.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Proficient in tracking tools such as Rally, Rational Team Concert, Confluence, Jira, etc.
• PMP / Agile PMP / SAFe Agile certified.

Nice To Haves

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education.
• At least 5-7 years of experience with at least 3-4 years working in large development projects.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution, resource planning, and governance reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Lead roadmap planning sessions, resource planning, budget forecast for the entire Program.
• Participate in and/or lead ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.
• Work with higher management and report on status and health of an Agile program.
• Present program key metrics, Programs' health dashboards, red flags to Client leadership.
• Manage project timelines, overall project plan, and ensure all projects are delivered as per launch calendar.
• Track and Maintain program budget forecast and optimization, capacity utilization, resource allocation / assignment.
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Work with external project managers, enterprise architects, business sponsors to discuss scope, timeline and budget for the projects.
• Prepare Deployment Plans, coordinate with release management, obtain necessary approvals.
