About The Position

The position involves providing supervision, coordination, and development of designated Good Clean/NNEES contracted sites with a gross revenue of $199,000. The role requires keeping abreast of current developments in the field to update job skills and knowledge. The individual will direct the day-to-day operations of assigned contracted sites and supervise assigned personnel, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling. Additionally, the position represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and the general public, supporting the agency's vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents. The role also furthers the organizational commitment to triple bottom line results by integrating social, economic, and environmental goals into thinking, planning, and actions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Four years experience in custodial services.
  • Three years experience in a supervisory position or project management.
  • Ability to handle strenuous physical activity including occasional heavy lifting.
  • Reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance.
  • Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle with a safe driving record.
  • Criminal background check that meets Agency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and develop designated Good Clean/NNEES contracted sites.
  • Direct day-to-day operations of assigned contracted sites.
  • Supervise assigned personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling.
  • Represent the Agency in interactions with the Goodwill community and the public.
  • Contribute to the budget process ensuring each work site operates within budget.
  • Prepare reports for management/customers such as daily operation logs, waste reports, time sheets, incident reports, competitive employment statements, disability statements, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor and order supplies.
  • Schedule and/or complete non-daily tasks such as high dusting, strip and wax floors, and carpet cleaning.
