Job Summary Responsible for managing, planning, tracking and implementing small projects or aspects of larger projects from initiation to completion. Ensures project completion according to timeline, budget and specifications. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Owns, creates and manages internal communications, tools and job aids. Communicates project status with Project Manager. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of Comcast Business Enterprise and Mid-Market products and solutions. Experience utilizing Comcast tools and systems (ie. Orion, CSG, XM360, Neustar, Crossroads...) Manages projects, with direct supervision, to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs for Comcast Business National Care teams. Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Identifies project scope and objectives. Manages a cross-functional team including third party vendors and other resources; coordinates activities to achieve goals. Plans and directs schedule and budget. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as this role owns all communication with stakeholders, vendors and other cross functional teams. Provides status reports to Project Managers, vendors, stakeholders and resources. Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Assists in coordinating with content providers in the design and development of job aids, learning tools and other communications to enhance user effectiveness. Reviews and edits early drafts of communications materials to ensure content meets established communications standards, guidelines and appropriate messaging before publication; forwards to appropriate personnel for final stages of review. Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
