The Project Management Analyst position at Northrop Grumman involves supporting the Advanced Space Processing Operating Unit in Boulder, Colorado.   • Support company leadership and customer visits
  • Track and assist site expansion projects
  • Support new-hire onboarding
  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Problem solve a wide range of day-to-day issues in support of programs and workforce
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years' experience in program management, program operations, business development, or other relevant experience
  • Active secret clearance or interim secret clearance
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines
  • Possess strong strategic thinking skills and be able to work independently
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and have demonstrated capability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiasm and organizational skills suited to organizing employee activities
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman cost accounting systems and processes
  • Expertise in collaboration tools (Sharepoint, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman structure and policies
  • Experience working with Software Development teams, Additive Manufacturing, and Lab build-outs.
