About The Position

Developing and maintaining detailed project management plans that align with DoD contract specifications and strategic objectives Overseeing project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, effective resource allocation, and adherence to budget constraints Coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to synchronize project efforts and resolve issues promptly Monitoring project performance by tracking key performance indicators and conducting regular risk assessments to mitigate potential delays Preparing comprehensive status reports and presentations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and decision-making #LI-TF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

• Seven plus years experience in a project management specialist role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources in accordance with DoD contract requirements.
• Proven expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with mission objectives.
• PMP (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
• FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
• U.S. CITIZENSHIP
• U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) to enhance planning and tracking efficiency
• Experience with agile and lean project management methodologies to drive continuous process improvement
• Strong analytical and risk management skills to anticipate project challenges and implement proactive solutions
