We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to facilitate the execution of our strategic portfolio of work in support of our Securing the Arches Strategy. The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a subset of cybersecurity portfolios, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves demand management, portfolio management, project/solution oversight, and business value realization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Handle cybersecurity portfolios of strategic objectives and projects that implement the organization's strategic vision and mission while achieving business objectives.
- Be responsible for the intake and prioritization process for new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and forecasting of cybersecurity resources.
- Coordinate with partners to refine proposed project requirements and scope.
- Develop and maintain a project supervising database and standard project reporting processes.
- Lead all aspects of the execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and report on the efficiency of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
- Conduct training and awareness for new staff to educate them on portfolio management processes and expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Proven experience in portfolio and program management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams with light direction.
- Ability to create presentations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines leading multiple key business priorities.
- Ability to tackle very sophisticated problems and take care of a variety of work situations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
