About The Position
The FFG Organisation Design squad are expanding to hire a high calibre Project Analyst to join the bank's flagship programme supporting strategic organisation design change within Technology and Operations. The Fit For Growth programme is designed to build efficiency, effectiveness and opportunities across the organisation by streamlining the way our organisation is structured, the tools and platforms we leverage, ensuring our processes are efficient and adaptable whilst simplifying our vendor and supplier landscape. The Project Analyst will work as an integral part of the OD squad and closely with the Project Manager to ensure the PMO is effectively structured and that programme governance is managed. T&O is a significant portion of the FFG strategic outcomes and execution of individual T&O MT-1 plans is owned by each line therefore it is critical we are able to govern these individual plans as part of an end to end execution plan, ensuring dependencies are adequately managed and the relevant structures roll up and down as required.
