About The Position

As part of Marketing's Demand Management team, the Project Management Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing or agency project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand priorities and resource utilization, address identified problems, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent needs
  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience working in an integrated marketing/agency team environment
  • Strength in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear, concise, and effective communications (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of brand management and creative development principles
  • Poise and able to focus under pressure; work independently and support department goals
  • Active listener and facilitator of information

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with creative team managers, internal marketing stakeholders, and external media & creative agencies to establish expectations and timelines for brief and asset creation, edits, approvals, and paid media trafficking
  • Leverage the team's project management tool, Workfront, to enter and manage campaign projects, assign Studio (predominately creative - content, multimedia, and design) staff, and oversee project progress and deliverable approvals
  • Traffic and confirm campaign scopes and approvals with marketing leadership
  • Establish, schedule, and facilitate planning, kick-off, strategy, and status meetings for projects and campaigns
  • Regularly monitor deadlines and milestones for assigned work; propose project changes and interventions to ensure timelines reflect necessary adjustments and support project progression and completion
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external teams to support resource management
  • Assist with UTM creation, enabling tracking and attribution capabilities for media campaigns
  • Aid in the timely processing of vendor invoices
