Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Manager (Level K) to join the Business Transformation Program Management team in El Segundo, CA! Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees Capital process in support of modernization and growth in alignment with total Space Mission Systems (SMS) Portfolio Strategy for El Segundo, Seal Beach, Colorado, Chantilly, Albuquerque, Maui, and Subsidiaries.
• Integrates and synchronizes the SMS Portfolio Capital needs through the Strategic Plan and Long-Range Business Plan development cycles with key functional stakeholders in New Business, Finance, Facilities, and Security
• Generates performance to plan tools and works with Senior Leadership to identify and understand variances while driving performance with Capital IPT Lead and Project Leaders
• Makes recommendations to Senior Leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
