About The Position

Assist the InfoLink Project Management team with core job functions Work closely with Crown’s Retail network to ensure additional projects are monitored and followed through to completion Proactively monitor data integrity amongst business systems. Must be able to interpret results and communicate status reports/important findings to management and decision-makers. Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. Work in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc… to enter and update project data. Update website information for Crown sites as required. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, PowerPoints, etc… Other IT and customer service-related tasks as required, based on experience. Research and learn different best in class project management functions that can be applied to current standardized work practices. Evaluate different tools available in the market and provide recommendations based on different criteria.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for Business, Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with wireless troubleshooting and/or SQL is a plus, but not required.
