Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Asset collection of various equipment including Panelboards, Surge Protection Devices, Electrical Meters, Transformers, Switchgear, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), UPS, Chillers, Boilers, Hot/Cold Water Pumps, Variable frequency drives (VFDs), Air Handler Units, Fan Coil Units, Exhaust Fans, Radiant Heaters, Electrical Unit Heaters, and Lighting Panels.
  • Collect data on AOA Gate Equipment, Pre-Conditioned Air Units, Passenger Boarding Bridges, Roof-Top Air Conditioning Units, 400hz Ground Power Units, 28v Ground Power Units, and GSE Chargers.
  • Manage servers, MDF/IDF Rooms, Gas Water Heaters, Domestic Water Boost Pumps & VFDs.
  • Oversee Fire Detection/Suppression System, Access Controls, and PA Systems while validating Cx activities.
  • Budgeting stakeholder manpower for aforementioned assets including Buildings, Floors, Rooms/Corridors/Vestibules/Common Areas.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Fleet Focus, including manufacturer, model, serial number & warranty information.
  • Witness commissioning activities for various equipment including VFDs, Air Handler Units, and Gas Water Heaters.
