About The Position

We are hiring a NAM Logistics Manager to lead and elevate our regional logistics organization supporting ACS, FACTS, HVDC, and Services. This role is responsible for building a world-class project logistics capability across both ITO (Inquiry to Order / tendering) and OTR (Order to Remittance / execution). This leader will manage a team that supports large, complex, high-value projects, ensuring logistics is a strategic advantage—not just a transactional function. The ideal candidate is a confident people leader who brings execution discipline, process compliance, cost rigor, and strong business partnership, while motivating a team and creating a culture of accountability and customer focus. Success in this role requires someone who can build trust across internal stakeholders, influence project teams early, and ensure logistics is seen as a valuable, proactive asset to the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Logistics Management, supporting large/complex projects.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in project logistics or a related operational role.
• Working knowledge of Project Management, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, heavy haul, and out-of-gauge (OOG) transportation.
