About The Position
The Corporate Finance and Strategy practice at BCG is seeking a Project Leader or Associate Director in CFO Excellence. This role involves partnering with clients to tackle their most challenging issues, transforming mindsets, reimagining businesses, and building capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantages. Project Leaders will take on end-to-end responsibility for large and complex modules within BCG projects, leading small teams to drive impactful results. Associate Directors will apply their expertise to generate value for clients while contributing to BCG's intellectual capital, acting as trusted advisors and guiding project teams.
