About The Position

Support supply chain initiatives by analyzing spend data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and contributing to supply market research. Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers on material cost reduction and process improvement efforts. Assist in the development, documentation, and refinement of standard supply chain processes. Gain experience with supply management systems and tools, and work toward becoming a subject matter resource in selected platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain preferably in a manufacturing or production-based environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with appropriate guidance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external suppliers
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems such as JDE is a plus
• Exposure to spend analysis tools like Sievo is advantageous but not required
