As a Project Leader, HR Technology and Tools supporting Human Resources in our Fort Worth, TX location, you will be trusted to work on a new frontier for our function, as we are launching the new Elevate HR team. In this role, a typical day will include: Develop the HR Tech strategy & guide a small team to deliver: Tech unlocks: Pursue larger-scale self-service tech, starting with quick wins & high-reward use cases in HR Ops Tool enhancement & adoption: Simplify & enhance ticket intake tooling; increase adoption of current self-service technology Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable solutions Use data and insights to anticipate risks, solve problems, and drive smarter decisions Help shape the future of work at Alcon by reimagining how HR delivers value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 10 Years of Relevant Experience

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of progressive experience as a Technology Leader preferably supporting HR functions with experience in AI/ML and or cloud-based solutions
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable operational improvements
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
  • Strong experience in change management and organizational transformation
  • Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various functions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong focus on user experience and human-centered design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
