Project Leader - Finance/Revenue Cycle Pursue this pivotal position responsible for managing the definition, design, and implementation of small to medium scale projects to facilitate improvement of key business processes and achieve financial goals. Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings, manage milestone timeframes, and ensure timely, accurate completion of project documentation and deliverables while excelling as a leader of a tight-knit, patient-inspired team. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and operations and build a strong foundation for continued career growth and advancement throughout our hospital.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of applicable experience, including one year of project management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
  • NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Knowledge of Finance/Revenue Cycle processes and concepts
  • Supervisory or management experience
