About The Position
The Project Leader, Senior Housing Development will focus on affordable senior housing development throughout Ohio and Michigan. Special projects such as market rate senior living developments in Central Ohio could be assigned as needed. The successful candidate will be accountable for the success of assigned projects in both product lines including preliminary deal evaluation, negotiation of purchases and related documents, procurement of financing, management of third-party consultants, and coordination of internal resources to facilitate a successful closing. The Project Leader, Senior Housing Development must have initiative, be an effective communicator and have excellent organizational skills. The position reports to the Director of Senior Housing Development who manages and directs the team toward excellence. The Project Leader, Senior Housing Development will be a part of the Development Department at National Church Residences. National Church Residences is the nation's largest not-for-profit developer and manager of affordable senior housing with 360+ properties in 25 states. The Development Department applies its 40 plus years of property development credentials to initiate, construct, acquire and expand the nation's senior affordable and market rate housing supply.
