About The Position

As a Project Lead, you will oversee day-to-day project operations, drive alignment across teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position offers the chance to lead high-impact initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to organizational success through strong leadership and strategic execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
Project Management Professional certification
Knowledge of insurance industry, and programming and application development fundamentals
Knowledge of Agile Methodology
Planning, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

Manages the development cycle, including planning, organizing, and resource management, to achieve project goals and objectives
Day to day management of a project to include working with Stakeholders to define project backlogs, lead daily SCRUMS, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint and project retrospectives and identify/resolve obstacles
Manage all phases of the projects, including inception, implementation, stabilization, go-live, and project close ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Facilitate effective communication among team members throughout the project lifecycle
Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines
Provides adequate and timely documentation to all Stakeholders
Manages project in project management tool such as Azure Dev Ops
Collaborates with assigned IT and business resources to prioritize and execute initiatives
Responsible for creating, editing, and updating project documentation
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through collaboration and constant communication
