About The Position
As the Project Lead for Sky Club Design and Facilities at Delta Air Lines, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience across our network of airport lounges. The Delta Sky Club (DSC) team operates over 55 lounges in 37 cities, covering more than 400,000 square feet of space. Your mission will be to ensure that every guest feels valued and that our Sky Clubs become a compelling reason to choose Delta for air travel. You will leverage your extensive experience in architecture, interior design, and construction to lead projects that reflect our commitment to excellence in hospitality and customer service. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and DeltaWorks (JLL) teams to manage capital projects, including new club designs and significant renovations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project cycle, ensuring that Delta's Brand Design standards are upheld while meeting customer requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the design of clubs to support the DSC Experience and Operations teams, as well as our hospitality service partners. You will also work to refine the guest experience continually, balancing precision with budgetary and scheduling constraints. Once clubs are operational, you will maintain collaboration with DSC Regional Operations Managers and the DeltaWorks team to provide ongoing input and guidance for facilities and furniture management. This includes overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance to enhance the long-term value of Delta's capital investments. You will also facilitate feedback sessions within the Design & Facilities team to identify lessons learned and improve future project delivery and guest experiences.
