The Project Lead, EV will play a key role in advancing Holman’s EV strategy by supporting the deployment of initiatives that expand our EV solutions for customers. This role will focus on integrating EV partners, vendors, and processes across the business while ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and well-documented workflows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can turn ideas into action, thrives in a collaborative environment, and excels at managing priorities to drive meaningful results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.) and Monday.com
  • 3-5 years’ experience in any Holman business line
  • Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods ,and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced environment while managing to a deadline
  • Broad knowledge of all Holman companies and product/service offerings
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
  • Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
  • Strong ability to collect and interpret feedback/information to construct emerging solutions based on business and/or customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Support strategies that bring Electrification as a Service to market
  • Engage with new OEM’s to facilitate the integration of specifications and ordering processes
  • Align with partners and vendors for successful system integration
  • Engage EV Operations Leadership to aide in the development of organizational training programs with the support of the HR Training & Development team (Holman U, webinars, etc.)
  • Support Fleet & Mobility client specific activities to demonstrate our operational capabilities in the area of EV’s
  • Develop strong working relationships with all the key stakeholders to ensure alignment with understanding of opportunities, and implications for the operating businesses.
  • Create platforms/processes to engage other commercial team functions/leaders to leverage resources and expertise
  • Develop communication and engagement processes with businesses for awareness/alignment on key initiatives.
  • Partner with EV Operations and Technology Leadership, and stakeholders, to scope new product offerings that ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Oversee deployment of new operational processes to ensure they function as designed, making recommendations for change where necessary.
  • Lead operational project/pilot initiatives
  • Engage with clients and prospects to uncover needs, challenges or goals related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
  • Map out client project objectives and deliverables, and establish timeline for project completion.
  • This role, while focused on the North American market should ensure connections to UK, Germany and Mexico for learning, insights, etc and overall connectivity within the business.
