OVERVIEW Normally this position carries the functional title of Area Project Lead and has responsibility for the overall engineering design of an area or for a small process unit(s) on a project. Reports to a Project Lead II or III, Project Engineer II or III, or Project Manager. Must be knowledgeable about the S&B Project Management Manual.
